The Mountain rises prominently above her surroundings with steep slopes, her summit high in the sky. The Mountain has a deep knowing that she has a divine right to be here. In this knowledge, she stands tall and proud, unmoving and unapologetic. She has been here for much longer than we can fathom, and will continue to remain long after we are gone. The Mountain sings a song of strength and resilience. All kinds of weather beat down on her: the suns rays, the driving rain, thunder bolts and hail storms. Men try to reach her summit, animals graze on her slopes and rivers carve their way through. Yet still she remains steadfastly and strong with an air of constancy and eternity about her.
